Touchdown Cairo! – We landed in Cairo on Tuesday morning and spent most of the day registering with Al Diwan for arabic studies, Etisalat for Mobile & Broadband and lastly catching up on some much needed sleep.

The evening saw us take stroll exploring the surrounding areas of our hotel.  Far from the hustle that Cairo cities are notorious for, instead this middle to upper class suburb meets city style was quite refreshing. From Ed Hardy boutiques to various sport shops and an impressive boutique bakery.

Wordcamp 2008 left me inspired and motivated to plan some amazing new features at Autostyle as well as web design in general.  However, Cape Town that weekend was blessed with beautiful weather and we decided to drive along the famous Chapmans Peak.

Below are pictures from the Langkawi leg of my Honeymoon in March.   These beautiful sunsets where shot about 3km’s away from our residence at the Langkawi Lagoon Resort.

I planned this image slightly.  We drove past the area about half hour before sunset and said to myself, I MUST return for a sunset photo shoot.  Did the quick look-see at the little village that we planned and hurried back to this completely random location and on time for a glorious  sunset.

The last photo was at the Langkawi Jeti area, more of the traditional tourist hotspot.

Taken from my honeymoon in singapore/malaysia,  the National Mosque is Malaysia’s pride & joy – Located in the heart of Kuala Lampur alongside the must see National Islamic Musuem.
